Shadowfax started in 1990 and is conveniently based in Stansted, Essex, near the M11 and M25 motorways.

The company is owned by Adam and Vanessa Pedder who are passionate about delivering a first class IT support service to their clients, many of whom have been with Shadowfax since the beginning. Adam is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and has never been far from a computer all his life.

All our staff are now working towards attaining the new Microsoft Certified IT professional accreditation.
