With our small business computer support services, you will never need to worry again about your server going down, a virus attacking your files, backup problems or your email not working. We will take care of it! We can even recover lost files with our Disaster Recovery service.
For ease of budgeting, we offer our small business clients two different IT support options:
- Ad-hoc support - from £65/hour (plus expenses for travel if over 45 minutes from Stansted)
- Monthly remote support contract - starting from under £4 per day
Ad-hoc IT support
Our Ad-hoc IT Support Service is perfect if you have an urgent or particular problem to resolve, such as a hardware failure or virus issues.
One of our highly qualified support engineers will come to your office to sort it out or may even be able to sort it out remotely or over the phone .
Unusually, we do not charge for travel time (within our normal geographical area) so you only pay for the time spent on site by the engineer.
In some cases we will quote you a fixed price as our reassurance that your costs will not escalate out of control.
Monthly remote support contract
The fee structure for our small business computer support services is very simple and is based on the number of computers in your company:
